Leading people into the woods where there are no screens, no communication, no motors. Only us. paddling, creating, being in the magic. The Boundary Waters Canoe Area is a sacred place for me. I have been going up for decades. Every time I'm there, I get completely reset. Letting go of all of the voices, judgments and things I'm ready to let go. It feels like coming home. Now is the time to go back, with you. Are you ready?
Included in this Adventure Retreat:
This is a 7 day, 6 night adventure. We all arrive at the resort on Sunday night and enter the BWCA early Monday morning for 4 nights and a full 5 days before emerging at dinner time on Friday where we do a last dinner and night together and a special trip wrap up at the resort.

This trip has three payment options:
Full $1,444
3 month payment plan $490 a month
Doing a trip like this yourself that includes all meals for 7 days, trip planning, experienced guide, lightweight canoes, shuttle service, lodging before and after and permits would cost this PLUS you get a pre trip gift mailed to you, an evening with Amy to practice canoeing and going over all of your questions, a beautiful lodge for just our group for before and after, lifetime access to invaluable materials so you feel confident in going into the wilds yourself, AND this is a trip full of intention, meditations, ceremony and community. And I make almost all of the food from scratch from my garden. Its good!
I really want everyone to go that wants to. I am happy to modify pricing plans to better fit your budget. Let me know if you need a custom one. My price point reflects my costs for all of the permits, fees, taxes, lodging, insurance, yearly trainings I do, paying the support needed (people and satellite rescue) and other guide as well as all of the food and gear costs, etc. It is a TRIP OF A LIFETIME. And I'm really proud of the tutorials, videos, master lists and Pretrip canoe class as well as the pretrip New Year Intention workbook and gift each of you get.
I have developed this trip from decades of experience as well as listening to everyone that I have brought with me before. I'm going all in. A bit about me and why I am so passionate to bring a group into the BWCA
Over 35 years of BWCA experience has taught me so much. I go with 1 year olds and 80 year olds. Folks whom have never paddled before and those that have gone on dozens of trips. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges that arise, in every trip, stretch me in ways that allow for huge growth in my life. This is expansive and always exactly what is the highest and best for each person. I want everyone to feel this magic that these unique spaces gift us with.
As a former high adventure guide and a current health care practitioner, I take health and safety very seriously. I keep up on CPR, First aid, Wilderness First Aid, Small Craft Water Safety. My experience along with my formal training helps when things go sideways. But that's all part of the adventure. We get to go into the unknown! We will never be able to predict what happens in life and on a trip. That's the beauty of letting go and being in the flow of life. However, we can be prepared.
This is a sacred land. It transcends time and connects us to those whom have traveled the same routes we go. As individuals we bring so much to our group, our own skills, perspective, goals and intentions. Once here we also realize we are a part of the whole. This coming together is so transformative and its what poets and sages write books about. We can all come together to this phenomenal space and hear what is whispered to our soul in the peace and beauty of a sacred land.

BWCA Adventurer
Like a lotus I went into the BWCA last week, off grid and came out in full bloom and strength. Canoeing in, portaging, 20 weeks post left knee meniscus surgery. I hadn’t been to be BWCA since junior year, shortly after my dad became sick. Trip of a lifetime with an amazing group of nine women. We walk the wilderness like a force and I love these people.
