Simple resource for daily gratitude practice.
Here is my printable Gratitude Practice. Use this as a template to do your own digital one and post it into social media stories every morning. Tag me @amydepoint! I would love to see it. Or scribble it on a sticky note and put it on your mirror. Layer them up! Before I started sharing mine every morning, I would just lay in my bed, eyes closed, and think about everything I was grateful for, right then. Whatever thought came flooding in. Sometimes its the feel of the sheets. A plan to see a friend at school drop off. Or that I wasn't as angry about some incident as I was the night before. ha!
It was harder in the beginning but quickly, it became easier and easier. I encourage you to stick with this practice for a month and see how easily it starts to shift how you see yourself and the world.
